Payment Policy

To provide the best shopping experience for all of our customers, we ask that the following payment policies be observed.

Accepted Forms of Payment

We gladly accept:

• Debit Cards

• Google Pay
• Shop Pay (if available)

Personal checks are not accepted.

Payment Due

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, personalized items, embroidery, DTF prints, engraved items, and special orders require payment in full before production begins. Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed toward merchandise. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Returned or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, another form of payment will be required before merchandise can be released.

Pricing

While every effort is made to ensure pricing is accurate, Southern Charm Boutique reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel transactions resulting from incorrect pricing.
